How can we get adults to stop being surprised that puppet theatre is not just for children, and critics to keep their fingers crossed that they can write reviews about us? What was the secret of the success of Interlellis-67, and who was Tīna Hercberga, the director of the show and an unsurpassed legend in puppet theatre circles, while outside our narrow theatre community her name rings out more quietly and less often than, for example, names of Smiļģis, Jaunušans or Kroders? In this anniversary season, we will engage in introspection and search for answers to existential questions of the puppet world, like alchemists trying to unravel the mystery of the legendary play.
